: Responsible for Power Electronics Development & White Box Testing of o Converters, Inverter, Charger & Battery Management System o Magnetics o Feedback control design To guide, train and motivate the team members technically on the project activities and lead them in meeting the deliverables. Interfacing the multiple stakeholders for requirements, design activities and resolving the technical issues. Manage the technical team on daily basis for product development activities. Should have experience in project estimation, project planning and tracking. Proficient in Design reviews, technical documentation activities
