Job Title: Sr. Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 Power Electronics Hardware Design Reports to: Section Head UPS Department:R&D (UPS), Location: Noida QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE: Minimum Graduate in Electronic Engineering or equivalent Minimum 5+ years working experience in similar industry. A self-driven individual with hands-on skills. JOB PROFILE: Tender compliance preparation, Solution proposal with sizing and model selection and costing. Experience in preparing documents like - design specifications, functional testing report of system, Experience in conducting / Coordinating Type test and FAT/PDI. Resolution of technical queries. Engineering and design of power electronics products like \xe2\x80\x93 3 Phase UPS, Rectifier, Inverter etc. Calculation and selection of IGBT, Inductor, Capacitors, and gate driver cards. Appreciation of document control procedures and Familiar with ERP system. Well versed with usage of test equipment like DSO, Power analyser, Thermal analyser, Multi meter. Experience of testing and fault finding in new and existing designs. Familiarity with EMI, EMC, Environmental and Mechanical standards. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE: Minimum Graduate in Electronic Engineering or equivalent Minimum 5+ years working experience in similar industry. A self-driven individual with hands-on skills. Target Industries: UPS manufacturers \xe2\x80\x93 Fuji consul, Legrand, Vertiv, Schneider, Delta, Eaton, Reillo PCT and Hitachi etc. Please excuse if experience is only from following domains \xe2\x80\x93 Solar battery charger, Solar inverter, Battery charger, EV motor drive, EV battery charger, Domestic UPS (<10kVA), Power Electronic product <10kVA Justification for replacement of Shahzad Alam - Sr Engineer \xe2\x80\x93 Power electronics Hardware design 1) DMRC contract DS-05R: We have a first ever contract for supplying 60kVA and 45kVA UPS with accessories for 29 stations of DMRC phase IV with a future expansion scope by way of variation order or new tender. The project execution has already begun and continue up to ROD in Sep\xe2\x80\x992025. Shahzad is playing a key role in preparation of design documents of UPS, input ATS panel, Isolation Tx, DC and ACDB panel, SCVS, battery etc for timely submission and approval. One dedicated key personnel for \xe2\x80\x9cDesign liaison\xe2\x80\x9d is required with min. 5 years of experience in similar work as per DMRC contract requirement. 2) Sales Support and FAT: Work as application engineer and support in preparation of Tender / inquiries compliances, datasheet, BOQ and Costing, GTP, MQP, SLD, Sizing sheet, realisation sheet etc and response to technical queries. During FAT, documentation, report preparation and support to PQC team. 3) NPD and Prototype testing: Preparation of Engineering BOM, critical components selection and drawing, Wiring table, support in prototype sample assembly and wiring, test method preparation, trouble shooting, support in prototype testing. Presently Avenger series UPS NPD project is WIP with other improvement task of existing UPS \xe2\x80\x93 BETA /GAMMA. 4) Life cycle support: ERP data maintenance / creation for items / BoM and revision. Support in production of UPS and resolution of queries of SCM for prototype material procurement for sampling, routine support to PQC regarding testing queries and resolution etc. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 9900,000.00 - 91,500,000.00 per year Benefits:
