Job Title: Power BI Trainer Overview:The Power BI Trainer is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs on Power BI to equip participants with the skills necessary for effective data analysis, visualization, and reporting. Responsibilities: Curriculum Development: Design and develop training curriculum and materials covering various aspects of Power BI, including data modeling, visualization, DAX formulas, report creation, and dashboard design. Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for individuals or groups, customizing the content for different proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced users. Practical Application: Create hands-on exercises, projects, and real-world scenarios to allow participants to practice and apply Power BI functionalities. Tool Proficiency: Instruct on the use of Power BI tools, features, and functionalities, including data connections, data transformation, and visualizations. Stay Updated with New Features: Keep up to date with the latest updates, features, and best practices in Power BI to ensure the training content remains current and relevant. Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate participants\' progress through assessments, practical exercises, and quizzes. Collect feedback to improve the quality of the training. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain training materials, attendance records, and performance assessments. Generate progress reports for management or clients as required. Skills and Qualifications:

• Comprehensive knowledge of Power BI, including data modeling, dashboard creation, and report generation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable training material.
• Experience in curriculum design and instructional techniques.
• Familiarity with various training methods and techniques.

Education and Experience:

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
• Previous experience working with Power BI and conducting training sessions.
• Certification in Power BI or related areas is advantageous.
