We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of a Senior Software Engineer.

In this role, you will:

  • Take care of service management for Wholesale Regional ASP Power Platform, work with other service management teams in China GuangZhou City and Xi\'an City Working with different Pods teams for production releases, handle incident/problem in Prod environment and user queries from different markets.
  • Co-ordination with existing service management team/global support team to support all applications in Power platform, Recognizing business requirements in the context of BI and create data models to transform raw data into relevant insights.
  • Using Power BI, create dashboards and interactive visual reports, Analyze data and display it in reports to aid decision-making. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) with specific objectives and track them regularly and Converting business needs into technical specifications and establish a timetable for job completion.
  • Power BI tool knowledge with expectation of Creating, test, and deploy Power BI scripts, as well as execute efficient deep analysis. Make technological adjustments to current BI systems to improve their performance for a better understanding of the data, use filters and visualizations.
  • Create charts and data documentation with explanations of algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships, Construct a data warehouse, Use SQL queries to get the best results. Analyse current ETL procedures to define and create new systems.
  • Work for Middle East and Euro market requiring work support with flexible working hours due to global time zones and may need to take shift to support Euro time zone.Challenge and create new ways to meet and exceed (where appropriate) minimum operating standards, balancing control against speed of delivery.
  • Generate periodic (Weekly and Monthly) related status reports for WSIT Regional Europe. Demonstrate agility to respond to customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs. Show clear understanding of the customer\xe2\x80\x99s global distributed requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
  • 5-7 Years of experience in above in Financial Industry as Service Management or Production Support, better have customer facing support experience
  • Microsoft PowerApp/ PowerPlatform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent) tool knowledge with relevant Coding experience preferred.
  • Background with BI tools and systems such as Power BI, Tableau, and SAP
  • Prior experience in data-related tasks and Understanding of the Microsoft BI Stack
  • Mastery in data analytics and should be proficient in software development.
  • Capable of enabling low-level data security and knowledge of Power BI application security layer models
  • Ability to run DAX queries on Power BI desktop.

  • Experience and knowledge in Financial Industry as Service Management or Production Support, better have customer facing support experience.
  • Good technical, problem solving, lateral thinking, planning and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think creatively to drive innovative solutions.
  • Experience in reviewing complex dependencies and responding to challenges while ensuring on-going delivery is in line with customers goals.
