Wash and sanitize all pots, pans, trays, utensils, and kitchen tools.
Use appropriate cleaning chemicals and follow hygiene guidelines.
Ensure all washed items are dried and stored properly in designated areas.
Maintain cleanliness of the pot wash area, sinks, and surrounding stations.
Remove waste and keep the work area clean and organized.
Support to Kitchen Team
Assist chefs by ensuring pots and utensils are available during meal periods.
Handle heavy pots and equipment safely.
Report damaged or malfunctioning items to the supervisor.
Equipment Handling
Operate dishwashing machines and cleaning equipment correctly.
Follow safety procedures to avoid breakages and injuries.
Safety & Compliance
Follow all hotel safety, hygiene (HACCP), and food-handling standards.
Wear proper PPE (gloves, apron, shoes) at all times.
Adhere to grooming standards and departmental SOPs.
