Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Wash, rinse, and sanitize all pots, pans, and kitchen utensils using proper cleaning methods. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pot washing area at all times. Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning chemicals and equipment. Follow safety and hygiene standards as per HACCP and FSSAI guidelines. Assist in cleaning kitchen floors, walls, and storage areas when required. Handle and store cleaning tools and materials properly. Report any damaged equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor. Support chefs and kitchen staff by ensuring clean utensils are available when needed. Segregate waste properly and follow eco-friendly disposal practices. Maintain personal hygiene and grooming standards as per resort policy.

Qualifications & Experience:



Minimum 10th standard or equivalent education. Previous experience in kitchen stewarding or similar role preferred (not mandatory). Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleaning practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
