Job Description
1. Job purpose statement (Summarise in one/two statements why this job exists and

company.
2. Duties and Responsibilities ( List in the order of responsibilities of this job)
A) SME business sourcing through
a) Liaisoning with industry Associations
b) Prospective Customers in the region
c) Machinery manufacturers
B) Visit existing customers in the region for monitoring and further business.
3. Key Challenges (List the key tasks performed to support the main objectives of the position)
A) Close liaisoning with prospective customers
B) Develop relationship with prospective customers and market SME products
C) Liaisoning with machinery manufacturers for SME business
4. Decision Making Authority (Describes the type of decisions made alone, those on which the
manager must be consulted, those referred to a higher level, and job procedures to be
followed)
A) Identify the prospective customer based on the norms and credit policy for SME
B) Does preliminary scrutiny for eligibility of SME loans in consulatiation with SME
Manager.
