Roles and Responsibilities Contract : 5 Yrs and Extendable


Essential: B.Tech in IT/Computer Science/Electronics and Communication Engg./ or MCA, MCSE Certification preferred.
Experience Minimum 06 years of experience Minimum 02 years of programming experience in .Net/ Python/ C#. Strong knowledge of database like NoSQL/My SQL/MS SQL including patch management and configuration management. Detailed knowledge of Windows/Linux server set up, deployment, administration and maintenance. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in multi-disciplinary team Experience in MIS Reporting and Dashboards is preferred Experience of multi-stakeholder management will be an added advantage Excellent Problem-solving skills


Job Profile:- User and Server Management including system and portal upgrades. Maintain internal tools for managing website structure, data, security, using CMS Collaborate with development team to discuss, analyse, or resolve usability issues. Identify and address interoperability requirements. Handle all user queries including onboarding and off-boarding and grievances related to access, data formats and MIS Track, compile, and analyse MIS and web site usage data. Troubleshooting system and server errors. Monitoring and updating the Windows codebase. Coordination with stakeholders for cancellation ad deactivation of duplicate records. Providing support for consultation with various stakeholders Preparation of various reports, monitoring of performance indicators etc.
Any other related tasks as may be required from time to time.
