Ideal candidate background: 1. Proficient in English and Hindi verbal communication 2. Quick learner with the ability to grasp new systems and processes. 3. Detail-oriented and thorough in ensuring minimal errors while sending communication to customers. 4. At least 1 year of experience in handling customers in both voice and non-voice process 5. Demonstrates a flair for helping and servicing clients. 6. Active listening, empathy, and patience with respect to customer interactions 7. Ability to convert leads to sales without being pushy/intrusive. 8. Ability to articulate in different ways. 9. Comfortable working 6 days with 1 rotational week off 10. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts. 11. Candidates should be willing to work from the office in their Bangalore (Silk Board) office. 12. They must be open for Off roll (Third Party payroll) Good to have: 1. Experience in the Insurance Industry 2.
