P&O Services Compliance & Controls Head, Sandoz, Prague, Czech Republic

The Global P&O Compliance and Control Head will lead and oversee the development, implementation and monitoring of strategy, programs and procedures in the area of Governance, Risk and Compliance for P&O Organization. She/He will lead a global network of P&O Governance, Risk and Compliance team in the Sandoz Global Services Centers and Country P&O organizations. Representing P&O in Group Ethics, Risk and Compliance network, the Global P&O Governance and Compliance Head will be responsible to lead and facilitate risk assessment and monitor remediation plan across P&O organization.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• In partnership with Group P&O and Ethics, Risk & Compliance function, responsible to develop strategy and framework for the governance of P&O Policy, Standards and Guidelines
• Accountable for the management of P&O policies, standards and guidelines (collectively known as governance documents) lifecycle including development, review and approval of documents in accordance with global framework and templates
• In partnership with governance document owner, actively review inventory of governance documents ensuring completeness and maintenance of content
• Follows-up on assessment and reviews performed by internal and external assurance providers including Internal and external audits, Financial Compliance & Controls (FCC) reviews, Data privacy; and defines necessary improvement actions
• Supports the Regional Risk and Compliance managers and Process lead in the enforcement of compliance and standards across all units/function.
• Monitors the KPI dashboard, benchmarks to internal and external sources and continuously identifies areas of improvement
• Represent Sandoz P&O function on the global P&O Risk Committee
• Facilitate and lead integrated risk discussions involving Leadership Teams and Subject Matter Experts, creating risk awareness and ownership of the different risks that can impact our business

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

• University level degree in Human Resources, Law or IT Security desirable
• English (proficiency in speaking and writing), additional language desirable
• 10+ years' experience working in a leadership role in an international Global P&O Shared Services / BPO / Service Delivery environment
• Strong practical experience in Human resources compliance or audit function
• Strong Stakeholder management and project management exposure
• Strong client-facing influencing and communication skills
• Tenacious commitment to continuous improvement
