The Program Group Manager is accountable for management of complex/critical/large professional disciplinary areas. Leads and directs a team of professionals. Requires a comprehensive understanding of multiple areas within a function and how they interact in order to achieve the objectives of the function. Applies in-depth understanding of the business impact of technical contributions. Strong commercial awareness is a necessity.

The Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) provides integrated cash management, working capital and trade finance solutions to multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations around the globe. The Core Payments a Receivables (Core P&R) Technology is a part of the TTS Technology organization and is embarking on a number of global transformation programs. We are seeking a PMO Leader, senior vice president to oversee the critical control and compliance agenda for the Core P&R organization,

The successful candidate requires a deep knowledge of a) Citi's Technology Scorecard KPIs, b) Citi's Program Management Policy and Process, and c) other Compliance policies critical to ICG Technology. The successful candidate requires a proven successful track record in managing technology scorecards and technology deliverables, building relationships with global stakeholders, and excellent project management skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsibility for the P&R PMO controls and compliance function
• Report on the key scorecard metrics to the organization
• Conduct reviews, and use strong technical and business acumen

to manage risk and address escalated impediments to ensure adherence to the Technology and SDLC KPIs * Ensure the portfolio is compliant with the Citi's PM Procedures, proactively identify and resolve non-compliance issues

• Establish necessary training framework to ensure the PM readiness to adhere to any procedure changes, especially as they relate to the Consent Order
• Oversee the internal communication function
• Develop and automate metrics to increase transparency and reduce manual report generation
• Represent the Core P&R Technology in the Treasury and Trade Solutions and ICG PMO forums
• Oversee the Core P&R PMO team, manage contracts for on-staff resources

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant work experience in either Program, PMO, or Portfolio management
• Previous application development experience
• Previous experience in managing key performance indicators for a large ($100M+) portfolio
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM),Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant (SAFe SPC), Scaled Agile Framework Agilist, or Certified Product Owner (CSPO)
• Bachelors or Master's Degree with a STEM focus (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math). MBA is a plus.
• Proven record of successfully adopting agile principles for a large scale programs and improving productivity in delivery of business value
• Demonstrated ability to succeed in a complex organization where the ability to discover and internalize diverse stakeholder goals is critical to brokering solutions that are in the best interest of the company
• Independent judgment and mature decision making skills to deal with programs that often have enterprise-wide scope and may have significant financial and compliance impacts.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. In particular, a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate technical and business issues and solutions to multiple organizational levels internally and externally as needed to support the strategic goals.
