What is the opportunity? Reporting to the Senior Consultant, Business and Integration services, the PMO, will work with the testing team and quality experts, focusing on building cutting edge products for some of the world\xe2\x80\x99s largest banks.
Location: Trivandrum, Kerala.
Job Mandate As a PMO Analyst, you will be working with the management team, the position also contributes to the development and implementation of organizational strategies, policies, and practices.
Major Responsibilities:

• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning.
• Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes
• Provide executive visibility to project, program, portfolio and functional level status, issues, risks, costs, etc.
• Run project governance calls and provide updates or highlight risks to the management.
• Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence.
• Oversee overall financial management, planning, systems and controls.
• Execute any strategic projects which comes under the purview of the PMO Organization.
• Ensure the right people have access to the right information to make the right decisions
• Ensure readiness for Internal/External Audits.
• Supervise and coach PMO/Operations team.
• Prepare/publish Project/Financial reports, decks, dashboards covering key metrics
• Perform multifaceted analysis on Project/Financial data & provide meaningful insight
• Drive process improvement including Automation of reports
• Develop new skills on various new data analytics platforms and align the reports accordingly for maximum efficiency and standardization
• Creation and maintenance of SOPs for all major activities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Measured against project governance (Internal & external)
• Preparing various project financial / operational models/reports.
• Preparation of various MIS reports on request.
• Team Management.

Knowledge, Training

• Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Excel Macros
• Macros - must be skilled in Recording, customising and writing new Macros
• Excel Charts - Must be able to create different type of charts with trend analysis
• Formulas - Must be proficient in advanced formulas and functions (Database, logical, statistical and formatting)
• Programming (VBA) - Should be able to write, modify, troubleshoot and maintain VBA code
• Data analysis - Must be able to handle and analyse large sets of data with Pivot Table, Filter and Advances Filters, What if Analysis, One and Two variable tables, Total & Subtotal.
• Must be able to import and export data running Power Query.
• End to end understanding of IT life cycle (pipeline, resource, demand, project delivery, financial)
• Ability to establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge in Data Analytics tools like Power BI, Tableau.
• Basic Awareness of ISO, ISMS
• A relevant project management qualification.
