Position Description:

This requirement/position is for SaaS Server team who is responsible to provide Windows, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker & Virtualization support on VMware & Cloud technology.

SaaS Server team is responsible to maintain and support all OS platform, Private, and public cloud deployment.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

• Provide support for TSSA / Bladelogic in AWS, Azure, Oracle & Google Cloud Environments
• Troubleshoot, Support, and maintain Public and Private cloud
• Troubleshoot performance degradation or loss of service as time critical incidents
• OS Compliance and patching for Windows, Linux and Virtualization Platforms
• Support and maintain private and public cloud deployment
• Build and provisioning customer environments on AWS/Virtual infrastructure

Qualifications:

• Strong Knowledge of TSSA / Bladelogic
• Strong Knowledge of Linux, Windows, Windows Security & Scripting, & VMware
• Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, Oracle and Google cloud
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Work with Change & Incident Management Tools
• Basic Knowledge & Experience on containerization technologies like docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, OpenShift and Rancher
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are required for interaction with a global team
• Work independently with minimal supervision, normally receiving minimal instruction on day-to-work activities
• Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires thorough evaluation
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
• Use skills and experience to identify and resolve a wide range of issues in practical and imaginative ways
• Assess and communicate risks based on complexity, resource and timeline constraints
• Ability to work in cross functional teams and influence the outcome
• Graduation (12 + 3)
• ITIL, MCSE, AWS Certification is an added advantage
