Job Purpose:

We are looking for a L2 System Administrator who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring the RedHat Server and configure, troubleshoot, and manage RedHat OpenShift Container Platform infrastructure. Responsible for installation of a cluster, manage it on a day-to-day basis, and troubleshoot the deployment of containerized applications. Analyse and resolve problems associated with the OS, OCP, Applications, Software; also to collaborate with other team members to develop automation strategies and deployment processes. You will become an integral part of the team and gain exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function

Area of Operations

Experience with RH Linux servers in virtualized as well as RedHat OpenShift platform Experience with RedHat Linux, fundamentals of Scripting languages andRedHat OpenShift platform Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining services such as DNS, http, SMTP, SNMP, 2FA etc. and Proficient withnetwork tools such as iptables, netstat, tcpdump etc. Experience with Centralized Patch Management tool such as Redhat Satellite Experience with SAN administration such as Brocade SAN switches, Hitachi Storage Systems etc. Familiarity with SAN management (Preferably Hitachi) and Backup tools such as IBM Spectrum Protect, Data Protector, Storage Navigator etc. Familiarity with Automation tool such as Ansible would be added advantage Fault finding, Analysis and logging information for reporting of performance exceptions.
