Job Title Platform engineering Engineer 3 Maintain Openstack infrastructure and provision infrastructure on demand. Profound knowledge of AWS or Microsoft Azure . 7+ years of experience in building and managing cloud infrastructure. Proficiency in handling governance issues and compliance requirements. Very good knowledge on infrastructure as code, Preferably with Terraform and Ansible . Implementation of cloud security changes. Hashicorp product family, esspecially packer and terraform. Experience on containerization and orchestration eg. Docker , Kubernetes . Building and maintaining CI/CD tools , preferebly Jenkins , Bitbucket , Elastic Stack. Working with application owners and migrate them from on-premises to Open stack/Azure/AWS cloud. Implement solutions necessary to address security audits and compliance efforts on our cloud platforms. Knowledge of PCI DSS is highly desirable . Ability to dive deep into software configurations and logs to recommend security-based improvements Identify opportunities to leverage automation to improve security and build the tools necessary to execute improvements Recommend, document and develop changes to fix problems and improve processes, while demonstrating self-initiative and self-motivation. Maintain the items in the Configuration Management Database. Implement and verify application batch processes and file transfers. Regularly contribute to upcoming security audits by coordinating activities for required updates. Represent the team as an interface to other teams in Operations, Development and Marketing. Skills & Knowledge - Technical / Functional and Managerial Should have experience on any cloud technologies ( Openstack, AWS or Azure) Excellent knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP,DNS and firewall), Operating System and Databases. Should have ability to fix vulnerabilities on middleware tools. Ability to interact with multiple teams for resolution of issues. Experience in working on Linux and Windows platforms Linux. Good knowledge or working experience on monitoring tools like ELK stack, Grafana, Prometheus and Splunk. Experience utilizing PowerShell, Bash, Perl, or Python to automate complex manual tasks. Experience in working on DevOps tool set Jenkins, git, ansible, terraform and docker. Willingness to learn and grow Good presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas Education and Years of Experience University degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent Relevant Job Experience 7+ years\' experience as Application Support with Strong Linux and SQL Background.
