Role Overview: Bechtel’s Information Systems & Technology organization is seeking” Senior Platform Engineer”. Person will be required to work in a large and diverse IS&T setup, learn and adapt the processes and work towards defined time, cost & quality goals. Managing projects spanning across different verticals of IT teams including services design, delivery, and infrastructure operations. Job requires leadership by influence within the scope of the specific project(s). Lead internal projects/initiatives involving evaluation, architect, and design of new technologies to support owned processes and maintenance current products in use like System Center Configuration Manager, Intune, SCCM OSD and Autopilot are part of team`s technology portfolio.
Willing to work on flexible shifts, working hours will be 11:30am to 08:00pm IST. Shift timings are subject to change are as per job requirement.
Job Duties will include:

• Interacting with different business functions and oversee implementation and support of strategic business initiatives.
• Exhibiting influential leadership with team members responsible for a specialized area of information systems, the job role requires a mix of technical expertise and project management to steer inactivates and achieve timely delivery.
• Supporting organizations service design & delivery objectives while ensuring software licensing and contracts compliance.

Grade 22

• 2+ years of experience with delivery to devices that includes Application packaging, Virtualization, and deployment through SCCM.
• Basic knowledge of windows operating system delivery and maintenance on devices through SCCM OSD and Autopilot
• Analyzes underlying issues arising from investigations into requirements and problems and identifies available options for consideration.

Grade 23

• 3+ years of experience with delivery to devices that includes Application packaging, Virtualization, and deployment through SCCM.
• Basic knowledge of windows operating system delivery and maintenance on devices through SCCM OSD and Autopilot
• Analyzes underlying issues arising from investigations into requirements and problems and identifies available options for consideration.

Job Skills: Required: o Experience with Project Management Methodologies. o Strong knowledge of industry standard incident change and service delivery concepts. o Broad knowledge of hardware and operating systems including system architectures, network infrastructures, and client server principles, modern device management. o Strong ability to organize and deliver presentations to clearly communicate information to others. o Hands on scripting and automation skills through PowerShell
Other o Excellent writing and verbal communication skills o Experience with orchestration tools like System Center Orchestrator, Terraform or Ansible will be a added advantage.
