Job Description

Your main responsibility will be to set up, operate, and maintain plasma cutting machinery to produce high-quality metal components based on precise engineering specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate specific plasma cutting machines for various metal profiles and plates. - Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files to determine cutting parameters. - Select appropriate settings and tools for different materials and thicknesses. - Perform routine machine maintenance, including inspecting and replacing consumables like nozzles and electrodes. - Monitor the cutting process to ensure quality, precision, and adherence to tolerances. - Conduct first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks. - Handle raw materials and finished products safely, using appropriate lifting equipment. - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company safety standards. - Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults to the supervisor.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience operating in any brand plasma cutting machines is mandatory. - Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and geometric dimensions. -

Strong understanding of plasma cutting principles

, including gas pressures, amperage, and speed settings. - Ability to use standard measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, tape measures). - Physically capable of handling heavy metal sheets and standing for extended periods. - A strong focus on quality, safety, and attention to detail.
