Job Description

- Lead and oversee the technical area of the company, managing the team of associates involved in maintenance, control, automation, engineering projects, facilities, and Factory IT.

- Take charge of capital investment projects and non-capitalizable improvements throughout the entire project cycle.

- Handle maintenance planning and control for all site assets during their entire lifecycle.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and utilize analytical tools by implementing reliability and maintenance engineering practices.

- Assume leadership of the SiG program and take responsibility for sustainability Key Performance Indicators and initiatives.

- Provide technical support to all departments, addressing engineering study requests, maintenance service orders, and offering technical data, processes, and procedures.

- A bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, with preference for candidates who have completed graduate studies in Project Management or Maintenance Management.

- Proficient in both written and oral English communication.

Knowledge/Experience:

- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing engineer teams and/or maintenance crews.

- Experience in capital projects management, preferably with a proven track record of following PMI (Project Management Institute) methodology.

- Familiarity with food safety standards and a strong understanding of construction safety and engineering standards.
