Track performance metrics and ensure optimal asset returns.
Stay updated on latest industry practices & production management techniques.
Address employee grievances and maintain high morale.
Recruit, manage, and develop plant staff.
Monitor employee utilization (Payroll vs. Direct Hours).
Ensure effective material usage and minimize variance.
