This role focuses on the maintenance and efficiency of electrical and instrumentation systems within an FMCG environment. The position is integral to ensuring smooth operations in the manufacturing of food, alcohol, beverage categories with a strong focus on TPM (Total Preventive/Productive Maintenance) implementation

• Oversee the maintenance of electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure optimal functionality.
• Implement industry-leading TPM standards and practices while keeping factory 4.0/5.0 concepts in line
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any electrical or instrumentation issues promptly.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system upgrades and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
• Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery.
• Provide technical guidance to the operations team as needed.

A successful Maintenance Leader should have:

• A degree in Electrical, EEE, Instrumentation Engineering or any relevant domain
• Experience in the FMCG industry, especially in food, beverages and alcohol.
• Proven track record of implementing TPM practices and standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive approach to equipment maintenance and system improvements.
