Job description Job description Responsibilities Build relationships with Clients and employees. Take care day to day operational activities in Plants. To maintain smooth function and harmony in plants. Advise clients on creating profitable processes Schedule regular meetings with customers to ensure they are satisfied Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate Help sales team up-sell or cross-sell services and products Ensure both the company and clients adhere to contract terms Look in to competition to find new ways to retain customers Set sales and revenue targets and work diligently to meet them Required skills Good Experience in B2B & B2C Business. Hands on experience in Unit Operational Functions. Hands on experience as a Relationship Managerand Unit Operation as well. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus Experience in tracking relevant KPIs (e.g. customer satisfaction) Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) A customer-oriented attitude Excellent communication and negotiation skills Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 922,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
