Job Description

The Plant HR Executive role is a position responsible for supporting daily HR operations in a manufacturing plant. Key duties include recruitment, attendance management, payroll assistance, employee welfare, training coordination, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws. The role offers hands-on experience in various HR functions and contributes to maintaining a positive work environment at the plant.

Responsibilities

Attendance & Leave Management

:

Maintain accurate attendance records, manage employee leaves, and prepare attendance reports.

2.

Payroll Support

:

Help prepare monthly payroll, track timesheets and leave data, and address basic payroll-related queries.

3.

Employee Welfare & Engagement

:

Support employee engagement activities and assist in resolving grievances to improve morale.

4.

HR Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure compliance with labor laws, maintain employee records, and assist with HR audits and documentation.

Requirement

:

0-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment. Freshers with a strong interest in HR and manufacturing operations are welcome to apply. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Basic understanding of labor laws and HR policies. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
