Job Description

We are searching for a dynamic Plant Head for a Textile/Garment Manufacturing company. Key Responsibility : Oversee all manufacturing operations, including spinning, weaving, dyeing, printing and finishing. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve production efficiency, quality, safety and cost-effectiveness. Establish and maintain production schedules and ensure on-time delivery of products. Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress and finished goods. Monitor Production cost and identify cost saving measures. Manage plant resources, including equipment, staff and budget to ensure maximum productivity and profitability. To ensure that plant is running as per Annual budget plan. Ensure compliance with industry and company standards for safety, quality and environmental protection. Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory authorities. Identify opportunities for process improvement and work with cross- functional teams to implement solutions. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and innovation with the manufacturing team. Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance to senior management. Develop and implement training programs for staff to improve skills, knowledge, and job performance. Job Qualification : Education : Master\'s/Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering, Textile Technology or related field. Industry Experience : 10+ years of experience in managing a large-scale textile manufacturing facility
