Oversee the daily operations of the RMC
Ensure Production planning and monitoring of entire production operations effectively
Monitor the production of ready-mix concrete, ensuring that it meets the required specifications and standards.
Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Ensure the timely dispatch of concrete to customers & meeting project deadlines.
Proper communicate with Plant operators, Technician and Pump In charge to ensure equipment are
properly maintain to achieve better cost saving in daily production.
Maintain raw material and inventory as per production plan.
Must have experience in RMC Plant production, QC and sales.
