Job Description

We're hiring a senior operations leader for a global leader in Automotive Component manufcatuirng to drive performance, excellence, and transformation across major manufacturing units. This is a strategic, high-impact role reporting into top leadership.

• Lead end-to-end operations across multiple units (~3000 people)
• Ensure productivity, quality, cost-efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, TPM, and Six Sigma methodologies
• Oversee procurement, supply chain, and vendor partnerships to ensure material availability and cost-effectiveness
• Partner with R&D and project teams to ensure seamless New Product Development readiness
• Champion digital transformation (MES, SAP, automation, analytics)
• Build a culture of performance, compliance, employee engagement, and ethical leadership

Lead multi-plant operations across major facilitiesDrive innovation, digital, and sustainable manufacturing

• Bring 18-25 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with 8+ years in a multi-plant leadership role
• Be a qualified engineer (Mechanical/Industrial/Production), ideally with an MBA in Operations or SCM
• Have a track record of implementing quality systems, driving cost savings, and leading digital initiatives
• Exhibit strong team leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and change management skills
• Demonstrate high levels of integrity, strategic thinking, and result orientation
