Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plant Head for our API Pharma division. As the Plant Head, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing process and ensuring that production targets are met efficiently and effectively. This is a high-level leadership role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor\'s degree in Pharmaceutical Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role in API Pharma manufacturing.
- In-depth knowledge of API production processes and equipment.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, such as FDA and cGMP guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
