Project: This is a mixed-use project with IT building and retail. Total built up area of around 3.3 million square feet including two towers office building with ground and 16 floors. Towers are connected through transfer lobbies at podium levels. 6 nos. of parking floors.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing the performance of the baseline schedule and the maintenance

Collecting and interpreting schedule data and providing output to the programme and project teams.

Monitoring actual performance against the schedule to identify delay and suitable mitigation measures.

Interfacing with the project technical staff to define changes to schedules and identification of variances from the original plan.

Identifying and evaluating associated schedule, resource conflicts.

Working closely with the contractors, evaluating their schedules and actively managing the schedules with them to ensure a successful outcome.

Managing the project master schedule in line with individual work package schedules prepared by contractors.

Developing MIS reports.

Having advanced planning software capability, constructability, logistics, and third-party interface skills.

Developing and managing all pre-construction activities.

Understanding the need to use speed to create a competitive advantage.

About you

You have a degree qualification in civil engineering and a member of a professional body. You have experience in planning & scheduling of any project of similar nature (Mixed use development-Hotel, Shopping Mall, Commercial Offices).

You are digitally savvy can build lasting client relationships and provide support to strong, motivated teams. You will have experience delivering projects from start through to completion within a consultancy industry and be poised to expand your own horizons, those of our clients and of our ambitious people alike. You have previous working experience on construction projects and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer.
