Hours will be Central US Time (CDT/CST - UTC 05:00/UTC 06:00) for the first 6 months, with an assessment to adjust those hours once established in the role. About The Role Trusted Media Brands is looking for a Planning Manager with strong analytical skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks. Reporting to the Senior Planning Manager, this role is responsible for assisting the Senior Planning Manager in the preparation and updating of circulation plans/scenarios and budgets/re-forecasts, including monthly and quarterly ad hoc reporting for assigned business channels. You will also be responsible for performing source evaluations for all programs on an as needed based on test results and assisting management in the analysis and evaluation of all sources of business on an on-going basis. You will work with multiple teams including but not limited to marketing, finance, and production. About You You have strong analytical skills, are very detail oriented, enjoy analyzing numbers and are well organized to work under pressure and handle multiple projects at once. You will also have strong verbal and communication skills to interact with other teams. This position will allow you to contribute to our forward-thinking path, have exposure to different parts of our company and interact with people across the organization. Your Day-day Assist in preparation of multi-year plans, budgets and forecasts. Monitor expenses and maintain profit and loss budget Maintain/improve accuracy of circulation forecasting models by updating current results and trends for assigned titles, including preparation of print orders Coordinate MAPs process of trafficking forecasted Marketing campaign assumptions - Work with our production and logistics team to schedule printings, process orders and track shipments Provide monthly information for Executive dashboard, as needed Performs \'what-if\' modeling projections as requested Reporting of financials and P&L statements to management with variance investigations You Have Bachelor\'s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field 6+ years of experience in a subscription business or finance; excellent analytical skills; experience and knowledge in budget preparation, forecasting and re-forecasts Excellent computer and technology skills.
