Wedevelopment is the Development Management arm of The Goyal Group.
The concept of WedevelopmentTM has been successfully piloted in Mumbai. We are transferring the power from the hands of a few (generally the builders) to the real owners of the project i.e. the Societies. This transformational approach provides not just monetary and economic benefits to the owners but also allows
? Sustainability of housing societies by providing them an endowment fund
? Retention of the long-standing communities and brotherhood
? Creation of improved physical structures based on scientific and ecological principles.
Enable the Management team to proactively steer the project effectively and efficiently by providing timely inputs through planning and scheduling. Enable the Management team to assess performance of a project on all important parameters, by monitoring, updating, analyzing and communicating the reports in an impactful manner.
? Create and review Master Schedule for every Project right from Agreement till project handover and books closure linking all functions, major milestones and cashflows. Identify Critical Paths.
? Generate phase-wise plans for the project. Create/ review detailed Activity Schedule showing key milestones to be achieved by different associated Consultants and internal teams. Identify Critical Paths.
? Network and identify a pool of Architects and Consultants for projects.
? Co-ordinate and manage resource requirements for different stakeholders in the process by playing the nodal role for everyone in the project for information and documentation on the project.
? Ensure required updated schedules, plans and documents are available with different resources and at site for ease of execution.
? Manage the tendering, selection and onboarding process of Contractors required for different projects based on the project strategy
? Manage and overview the procurement and purchase planning and execution for different projects

? Generate Cash flow statements based on budgeting and schedule with the support of different teams
? Assist Sales dept. with technical project inputs, drawings and info for them to generate Sale Plans and Revenue inflow statements.
? Update all schedules, maintain records with baseline schedules for all projects, create MIS reports and present related records and reports to the Management as per the set frequency or as per requirement.
? Monitor progress and alert the Management regarding critical action to be taken for expediting, in various areas such as Site / Procurement / Liaison / Architect.
? Attend all meetings connected with Planning / Scheduling / Projects
? Pro-actively seek inputs from Sites, Estimation, QS, Architect, Purchase, Contracting, Liaison and other functions, for monitoring and expediting.
? Analyze performance of projects with respect to timely delivery and cost. Identify critical areas to be addressed for improvement.
? Maintain latest info/ records/ documents related to all Projects in soft and hard copy formats
? Liaison with Society members, where necessary, towards resolving their queries with the support of the associated consultantsCandidate Profile:
? Civil Engineering Degree (B.E./B. Tech) from a recognized university
? Demonstrated competence in similar capacity in real estate residential projects in Mumbai, for a duration of 3 to 7 years.
? High proficiency in MS Projects.
? High proficiency in Excel.
? Adept at creating documents for presentations
? Good working knowledge of MS Office.
