Salary - 3,50,000 to 5,00,000 P.ARoles and Responsibilities
- Master Schedule Controlling & Monitoring
- New Scope Scheduling & Monitoring
- Level 4 planning
- Client meeting MOM & coordination with client for RFI & Drawing Issues.
- Drawing Requirement Plan
- Drawing Register
- Reconciliation of Labour
- Reconciliation of Material
- Material Requirement List (Material Procurement Plan)
- Labour Requirement Plan (Labour Management)
- Site Execution Plan
- Communication Plan for Site.
- Preparation of Project planning month-wise & week wise.
- Monitor and provide regular reports for Budget vs Actual for ongoing projects.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to management on cost optimization.
- Complete coordination for ongoing work at the site to maintain & site as for plan schedule.
- Preparation of MIS, Monthly budget, Quantity calculation, Construction program, Material tracker, Machinery status etc.
- Handling projects, managing contractors, attending meetings and discussing Drawing project details with team members, clients and contractors.
- Rate analysis preparation.
- PMC experience is preferred
- Day shift
