Setup and manage the Master Schedule in line with project milestones

To ensure that planning and progress measurement procedures are effectively applied

Calculate and report project schedule performance metrics and generate S-Curves and other reports as required

Analyze and highlight the overall schedule impact of any variance / change order.

Prepare resourcing plans for the overall and individual project phases, identifying any excessive peak numbers and making recommendations for peak leveling

Candidate will need to balance multiple projects that will likely be executed in multiple locations. Candidate must be flexible and able to balance / prioritize multiple priorities

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Ideally have a Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience gained in Oil and Gas industry
  • 10-12 Years of Experience
  • Experience of working on Projects from Concept through to Construction
  • Excellent knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Projects.
  • Excellent knowledge of Word, Excel and Powerpoint, Good understanding of project accounting and cost control processes.
  • Experience in handling the Multiple Project
