Job overview:

Continuously improve teacher training program by innovating the content, delivery & processes

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and improve input and output metrics of teacher training program

- Innovate the processes to reduce the drop across teacher training program

- Innovate and improve the training content

- Innovate and improve training delivery

- Update and innovate training modules as per the business requirements and business changes

- Optimize evaluation process to improve training effectiveness

- Ensure TAT compliance for evaluaTIon process

- Coordinate with stakeholders to setup and streamline process improvement initiatives

- Drive and improve conversion metric through qualitative and quantative insights

Qualification:

- Excellent communication skills

- Good excel and google sheet knowledge

- Must have content creation experience

- Team managing experience

- Process orientation
