About the role:
In this role you are expected to manage and improve operations of teacher training program
Responsibilities:
- Improve processes by regularly deep diving into data and analysing feedback from various stakeholders
- Automate processes to reduce manual intervention
- Eliminate teacher drop from the training program
- Manage a team of associates to drive daily operations
- Track and improve input and output metrics of teacher training program
- Improve revenue conversion metric through quality improvement interventions
Ideal candidate:
- Strong data orientation
- Hands on approach
- Team management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Startup experience will be preferred
