Job description1. Work with Potential Employers HR/CEO/or Director to understand the job openings2. Get the job requirements from different Employers, partner with them, and facilitate interviews for students3. Experience in handling end-to-end recruitment processes.4. Guiding in Preparing resumes and cover letters for students according to the client requirements5. Co-ordinate with students and schedule interviews6. Mentor students on the interview process (Telephone Etiquettes and Resume Building)7. Ensuring smooth placement activities and building good relationships.8. Need to do tie-up with company's who are dealing with Clinical Research, CDM, PV, Medical Writing, Medical Coding etc i.e CROs, Pharma companies, etc9. Engage with alumni and leverage their network10. Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills11. Degree in Human Resources or related field12. Previous experience of providing placement to students in various sectors will add great advantage.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per monthSchedule:
