Position Overview:

The Pizza Maker is responsible for preparing, assembling, and baking high-quality pizzas that meet the restaurant's creative standards. This role combines technical skill with attention to flavor, presentation, and consistency. The ideal candidate has prior experience in hand-stretching dough, working with various toppings, sauces, and cheeses, and operating a pizza oven.

Core Responsibilities:

Prepare pizza dough daily, ensuring correct texture, fermentation, and consistency.

Hand-stretch, top, and bake pizzas according to the restaurant's recipes and portion standards.

Maintain quality, taste, and presentation for all pizzas, ensuring consistency across orders.

Create and execute specialty pizzas with innovative ingredients and flavors inspired by Asian cuisine.

Prepare pizza sauces, toppings, and garnishes, maintaining freshness and proper storage.

Ensure the pizza station is organized, clean, and fully stocked before, during, and after each service.

Monitor oven temperature and baking times to achieve desired crust and texture.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.

Assist with receiving and storing ingredients, ensuring correct rotation and labeling.

Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during peak service to ensure smooth operations.

Report any shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to reporting authorities promptly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
