Prepare and cook pizzas according to recipes and menu specifications.
Make fresh dough daily and manage proofing, rolling, and shaping processes.
Prepare sauces, toppings, and cheese portions in advance.
Ensure pizzas are cooked to perfection in the oven (wood-fired, gas, or electric).
Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of pizzas.
Ensure kitchen and pizza station are clean, organized, and compliant with hygiene standards.
Monitor inventory and inform the Head Chef about shortages or requirements.
Train and guide junior kitchen staff when necessary.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures strictly.
Handle customer special requests and dietary preferences where applicable.
