Location - Pune (onsite) - COMPANY - a market leader in providing truly unified & artificial intelligence powered Remote Monitoring, e-Surveillance, Robotics Process Automation and Operation Center as a service platform. The platform includes cutting-edge applications such as centralised video monitoring, AI video analytics, access control, integrated operation center powered by robotics process automation, built in SoP creation and dispatch capabilities. - The software platform is offered as a service and it is cloud-ready, cloud-agnostic to ensure it is scalable and interoperable. - We at COMPANY are looking for an AVP/Marketing Lead with immense expertise into brand building and story-telling. You would be responsible in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with COMPANY's business goals.- You would also be responsible for developing compelling informative content that resonates with the audience that will build a healthy perception amongst our existing clients and the ones that shall be on boarded in future. Responsibilities :1. Strategic Planning & Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with COMPANY business goals. Think of this as your playbook for world domination (in a totally non-clich, professional way). 2. Brand Building & Storytelling: Build Company's brand from the ground up. Elevate our presence in the B2B SaaS ecosystem with creative campaigns, a distinct voice, and messaging that sticks. We want our brand to be as memorable as your favorite Netflix show. 3. Lead Generation & Demand Creation: Own the end-to-end demand generation strategy. Create and optimize campaigns that bring leads to our door faster than you can say "conversion funnel." This includes managing everything from inbound content to outbound emails and PPC ads. 4. Content Marketing: Be the driving force behind the content machine! Develop compelling, informative content that resonates with our audience-whether it's blog posts, whitepapers, webinars, or social media posts. You know how to turn complex topics into engaging stories. 5. Digital Marketing & Analytics: Lead our digital marketing strategy across channels like SEO, SEM, email, and social media. Track and measure campaign performance, optimize for results, and report insights. Numbers and analytics? You've got that covered with a side of creativity. 6. Event & Partnerships: Plan, organize, and manage events-both virtual and physical- ranging from industry conferences to intimate webinars. Partner with influencers and brands that align with Company's mission to boost visibility and credibility. 7. Team Leadership & Growth: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing marketing team. Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure the team not only meets but exceeds marketing goals. Growth is key, for both you and the team! 8. Market Research & Insights: Keep your finger on the pulse of industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Use data to make informed decisions and drive campaign strategies that are always one step ahead. 9. Brand Reputation Management: You'll be our brand's ambassador, protecting and enhancing our image in the marketplace. Manage public perception across channels, deal with feedback (good or bad), and ensure we always shine. 10. Leading Global Market: You shall be in-charge of marketing per se and leading the global market. 11. Team Building: You shall be making your team from scratch basis the business requirement and growth of the organisation. Skills: 1. Expertise in marketing tools and CRM systems like HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEM Rush etc. 2. You should be comfortable with marketing automation and analytics, managing media and non-media campaigns, ROI measuring with the data to optimize and scale marketing strategy. 3. Should be able to collaborate cross-functionally along with the respective business leaders in order to execute the strategies. 4. Adaptability and flexibility are two important aspects of this role that this candidate shall be vetted upon. Experience:1. 10 to 15 years of experience of working as a marketing professional. 2.
