• The PE is responsible for the activities carried out with the process department in the development of paint projects.

• He is in charge of identification and the selection of equipment best suited in accordance with customer specification and the Engineering Head office.

• He checks and identifies technical solutions for construction and detail design in accordance with customer specifications and the Engineering Head Office.

Ensures customer satisfaction and product quality through: -

• The choice of technological solutions that answer the project quality requirements while minimizing costs and respecting order and delivery timing.

• The Calculation of thermal fluid design for the coating plant reduction

• To prepare Information and datasheet for purchase plant equipment for the automotive PaintShop plant

• The arrangement of the plant component operations (functional analysis drafting)

• Defines the projected operating parameters (zero-state project) and documentation for customers (including operation and control philosophy, SOP, training Document, Maintenance documents, Spare parts list; etc....)

• The PE is referent and responsible for the activities carried out by Process Engineering and takes care of their professional growth.

Skill Requirements:

• Work from office position, be able to do interface clash checking, and work with 3D and 2D Piping design software'

• To create PDMS of the interconnecting piping and generating Isometric/layout/etc drawings.

• "To study Paint Shop projects and design basis such as the scope of work, P&ID, overall project schedule, To prepare line index, piping layout and information, P&ID, loading calculation, MTO sketch, BM/BQ, plan and isometric drawing in compliance with project standards, specifications.

• Experience in the piping layout, piping plan drawings and ISO sketches, 3D model review."

• Ability to use computer equipment and peripherals to carry out routine computing and 2D/3D drawing tasks.

• Prepare 3d Model of Water treatment Plant.[Including Piping] and to prepare drawing 2d & 3D Isometric Piping drawing.with piping Supports.

• Ability to apply mathematical concepts in piping calculations P&ID and Piping Design as per various standards like ANSI, DIN etc.

• General Arrangement layout for Water Treatment Plant.

• To Prepare Client & vendor Query Communication, and cost Saving of piping design.
