Job Description

We are currently looking for a Piping Engineer to join a leading oil and energy company. As a Piping Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing piping systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations. This role will work across diverse industries including oil & gas, petroleum, energy, water, transportation, science & technology and health care. Responsibilities

• Technically solid and excellent troubleshooting skills
• API 570 Certification
• Knowledge in design of piping and construction; Must know how to use CAESAR piping software
• Design and analyze piping systems using 3D modeling software
• Perform stress analysis and fatigue calculations on piping systems
• Create and maintain piping specifications and standards
• Develop and maintain project schedules related to piping design and engineering
• Work with project teams to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans
• Conduct technical reviews of piping vendor proposals and participate in vendor selection process
• Support the construction and commissioning teams during installation and start-up phases of piping systems

• Bachelor\'s degree in mechanical engineering.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in piping engineering, with a focus on oil and energy industries
• Experience with 3D modeling software for pipe design and analysis, such as Caesar II and AutoCAD Plant 3D
• Proficiency in stress analysis and fatigue calculations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
