Job profile for Mechanical & Piping Design Engineering Professionals: Experience in Piping design which includes

Experience : 6 \xe2\x80\x93 8 Yrs

• Design and Detail Engineering of Industrial Water Piping Systems with exposure to various codes and standards like IS, AWWA, IWWA, ASME, ANSI, BS, HIS, CPHEEO Manual, ISO, DIN etc.
• Preparation and Checking of Piping Layouts for Water Treatment Plants (WTP) comprising of Primary Treatment System, Secondary Treatment System and Tertiary Treatment System which includes UF, MF, RO etc.
• Design, preparation and checking of piping layout for water plant projects / desalination / ETP projects with expertise knowledge on piping design of RO-DM package / ZLD package / CPU area package systems/Skid & frontal piping
• Design, preparation and checking of Mechanical GA of Chemical House, UF-RO building, centrifuge building, RCC & structural tank, Pressure Vessel.
• Preparation and Checking of Pump House G.A drawings, Piping Layouts, Isometric Drawings, Flow Diagrams, P&I Diagrams, Scheme Drawings, Pipeline Alignment Plan and L-S Drawings, Valve Chamber GA Drawings, Mechanical Design Basis Report (DBR)
• Preparation and Checking of Pump Head Calculations, Pipe Thickness & Buoyancy Calculations, Design of Water Distribution Network
• Performing Surge Analysis using software tools like IISC\xe2\x80\x99s SAP, Bentley Water Hammer and suggesting suitable protection devices for transmission main
• Preparation and Checking of Technical Specifications and Purchase Requests for various mechanical equipment\xe2\x80\x99s like Pumps, Pipes, Valves, Gates, Cranes, Trash Racks, Expansion Bellows, Dismantling Joints, Fire Fighting Equipment\xe2\x80\x99s, Ventilation & Air Conditioning Systems, Flanges, Gaskets, Bolts and Nuts etc.
• Preparation and Checking of Design Calculations, GA Drawings and Fabrication Drawings for Storage Tanks as per API 650 / IS 803 and Pressure Vessels as per ASME Sec 8 / IS 2825
• Technical Evaluation of Vendor Drawings and Documents
• Attending Technical Meetings with Clients, Consultants and Vendors
• Should have experience of attending approval / technical meetings with various reputed consultants like EIL, TECHNIP, TOYO, MECON, STUP, TCE, Fitchner etc.
• Should have exposure to various 3D Modelling Software tools like Revit, Plant 3D, PDMS, SP3D, Navisworks, Smart Plant Review, Smart P&ID etc.
• Candidates should be flexible to travel long term / short term to various project sites and client / consultant offices based on the project requirement for document approval and resolution of site technical issues during execution.

Job profile for Mechanical & Piping Drafting Engineering Professionals: Experience in Piping design which includes

Experience: 4 \xe2\x80\x93 8 Yrs

• Candidate shall have drafting Experience on AUTOCAD software & 3D Model review Software Nevis work Freedom & Manage.
• Should have experience in piping design of Desalination / ETP projects with proficiency on piping design of RO-DM package / ZLD package / CPU area package systems/Skid & frontal piping.
• Responsible for Preparation of GAD\xe2\x80\x99s of Equipment layout, Chemical House, UF-RO building, centrifuge building, RCC & structural tank, Pressure Vessel, plot plans, Overall & Area-wise Plant Piping layouts, Underground piping systems, Utility services piping design.
• Good Knowledge on developing piping isometrics, checking of isometrics w.r.t Navisworks reviewer, material take off using PMS & VMS and shall be able to generate as-built drawings.
• Knowledge on standards ASME / BS / IS standards on piping designing systems.
• Knowledge on designing piping steam generating facilities and steam pipeline systems.
• Knowledge on drain piping systems along with the usage of manholes, sloped piping on drains ect.
• Responsible for Design & Preparation of GA drawing for Pipe Structural Supports, Piping Support detail drawings, Nozzle orientation Drawings, Pipe Rack & Battery limit drawings.
• Responsible for Preparation of Civil Outline drawing For Skid, Equipment, FRP Tank etc.
• Detailing of pipe supporting structure, Pipe Rack, Equipment Foundation, and pump piping systems.

• Should have exposure to various 3D Modelling Software tools like Revit, Plant 3D, PDMS, SP3D, Navisworks, Smart Plant Review, Smart P&ID etc.

• Checking of overall CAD piping layout w.r.t Electrical cable tray, instrumentation cable tray, civil building drawings ect and ensure that piping layout are error free and without clash w.r.t other disciplines.
