JOB DESCRIPTION FOR HVAC DRAFTSMAN, 4-10 YEARS EXPERIENCE
Job Responsibilities
- Able to understand the inputs provided by the HVAC engineer and prepare the HVAC drawings inline to it
- Comprehensive knowledge and proficient in AutoCAD
- Preparation of P&ID layouts, General arrangement layouts, ducting & Piping layouts
- Able to perform Duct sizing, Chilled Water pipe sizing, VRF systems & associated piping.
- Able to understand the Vendor Technical data sheets & GA drawings for preparation of HVAC drawings
- Able to understand the Architectural/Civil/E&I drawings for clash co-ordination
- Should be able to easily replicate designs shown in images and concepts
- Preparation of Detail design drawings
- Capable to handle multiple projects and multi tasks
Job Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Diploma / Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree plus experience in the HVAC engineering industry
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Punctual and able to meet deadlines
- Experience with AutoCAD, McQuay Duct Sizer
- Should have basic knowledge of MS-Excel
