Design Piping system for Pharma Facility like Heat Load Calculation, Utility and Process Design as per GMP , Project Schedule, Guidelines: ASME BPE, ASME, ASTM, IS, DIN, ISPE, USP, ISO, GMP
r Design of pipeline for HVAC System, like Chiller, Cooling Tower, Pumps, AHUs , Black Utilities, Compressed Air & comparative wrt. to Capex and Opex
r Process planning & preliminary budgetary costing for Project INLINE WITH THE CONCEPT DRWGS.
r Should be aware about Purified Water, EFI, Pure Steam Storage and Distribution systems.
r Project Schedule & Monthly status Report
r Plant Layout & Mechanical Layout considering Man- Material Movement as per cGMP
r Coordination with consultant, PMC & contractor during execution of the Project. Approval and issue of construction drawings for execution at project site
r Floating Piping, Equipment Tenders and Finalization of Contractors
r Preparing Technical Comparative and Commercial Comparative for Finalizing the Vendors.
r Preparation of Calculations Line Sizing, Pressure Drop, Pump Sizing, Utility Load Studies.
r Technical data sheet approval and the Sample approved with respect to the tender specification and URS.
r Co-ordination & Assist with Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC.
