Pipeline Engineer :
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering or M.Tech in Pipeline
  • 3 to 15 years' experience in Pipeline Integrity management (Corrosion Assessment, Risk Assessment, Inline Inspection Data Assessment, Knowledge on subsea ROV Survey)
  • Pipeline Inspection Activity (ILI, NDT etc)
  • Knowledge on Subsea Pipeline Operations and Fundamentals
  • Pipeline Commissioning
  • Review of Offshore Pipeline and Riser inspection reports
  • Operational and Routine pigging for Onshore/Offshore Pipelines
  • Optimizing the Pipeline Cleaning Frequency for Onshore/Offshore Pipelines
  • Pipeline Repair Solution for Onshore/Offshore
  • Experience on Meridium
  • Risk based inspection
  • Experience on Pipeline Operation and Maintenance Project Execution
Responsibility:
  • Able to interpret the anomalies and prepare analysis result report.
  • Able to identify the anomaly from ILI inspection report and perform risk assessment and provide engineering repair recommendation.
  • Good communication (written and verbal) in interacting with multinational customers/ site engineers and in answering technical queries.
  • Maintains project database and adherence to company/customer quality assurance process.
  • Should be able to train and mentor junior team member by creating training material and conducting training sessions.
