We are hiring for one of the leading banks in India for the role of Pioneer Relationship Manager for the Wealth segmentExperience- 5+ yearsLocation- Delhi (WFO)Work type -Permanent:1. Generate new business to achieve defined sales targets2. Build and deepen relationships with existing Wealth Customers to achieve increase in share of wallet and revenues.3. Provide professional customer service to achieve a high percentage of customer satisfaction and retention.4. Ensure ongoing self-development.5. Manage the portfolio to de-risk against attrition and achieve stability of book.6. Manage the key performance indicators at the highest level.7. Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psychographics and assets in the Bank and in other places.Sales-1. Achieve the Targets set in terms of product mix.2. Achieve "best in class" productivity in order to maximize the efficacy of the sales process.3. Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets.4. Aggressive Sales call plans to acquire large prospective customers through referrals.5. Ensure coverage of customer base in accordance with the Group approved Relationship. Integration Management-1. Manage the customer transition with utmost sensitivity. 2. Awareness of all the policies and procedures issued in relation to money laundering prevention.3. Ensure compliance with these policies and procedures on an ongoing basis.4.
