The opportunity

Scale up and technology transfer

Familiar with GMP environment

Able to communicate well within cross functional teams

Understanding of advanced/ new technologies.

Plant Operations

Provide scientific/technical solutions to wide range of problems/ challenging observations.

How you\'ll spend your day

Equipment, Process mapping and PFD for new projects.

Preparation of what if checklist and collecting the data from respective CRD

Process Understanding at lab scale and its scalability for Pilot

Batch monitoring in pilot during critical operations.

Calculation of any byproduct gases/ uncondensed gases and proper control for the same

Preparation of Dynochem & other simulation

Process/ Cleaning/ ML Treatment BPR review and readiness

P&ID preparation with Project and review for HAZOP

Learning & Investigation report of pilot batches

Monitoring and collecting the data of critical parameters of Pilot products

Calculating the UnOB for Pilot products. Routing is prepared when required.

Documents preparation for safety evaluation. For e.g. HAZOP sheet & QLEA

Support in pilot report preparation

Ensure the developed processes should be robust, operation friendly, cost effective and environment friendly.

Should be well versed in use of Computational tools.

Ensure Technology Transfer gets complete as per timelines with 95% RFT

Equipment selection and sizing- Ensure the equipment for scale up should match the process requirement.

Work closely & coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth technology transfer to selected API manufacturing site.

Ensure the compliance to EHS guidelines at lab and Pilot plant

Your experience and qualifications

B.E./ B.Tech. - Chemical Engineering

Experience: 2 - 5 years
