Job Description
Music Instruction: Provide one-on-one or group piano lessons to students, teaching them how to read sheet music, play scales, chords, and various musical pieces Technique and Posture: Guide students in developing proper piano technique, hand posture, finger dexterity, and body alignment Music Theory: Teach students music theory concepts, including rhythm, harmony, melody, and dynamics, to deepen their understanding of music Repertoire Selection: Select appropriate musical pieces and exercises that match students\' skill levels and interests Ear Training: Develop students\' ability to recognize and reproduce melodies, chords, and intervals by ear Performance Preparation: Prepare students for recitals, competitions, and examinations by coaching them on stage presence, confidence, and memorization techniques Progress Assessment: Regularly evaluate students\' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve Lesson Planning: Create well-structured lesson plans that focus on specific skills and goals for each student
