Job Summary: The Online Piano Teacher will be responsible for teaching piano lessons online to students of all ages, maintaining a high level of student engagement and satisfaction, and promoting our music courses to potential customers. The ideal candidate should be a master pianist with relevant music certifications and a strong passion for teaching music. - Teach online piano lessons to students of all ages and levels
- Develop lesson plans and curriculums that align with iPley Music\'s teaching philosophy
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and achievements on daily work sheets
- Provide regular feedback and support to students to help them improve their skills
- Encourage students to participate in music exams, competitions, and performances
- Promote iPley Music\'s music courses to potential customers and convince them to buy longer packages
- Connect with iPley Music\'s customer service team to address customer inquiries and concerns
- Use proper video conferencing setup and technology to provide high-quality online lessons
- Keep up-to-date with the latest music teaching trends, techniques, and technologies
- Maintain good communication with iPley Music\'s management team
- Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Music or Music Education
- Relevant music certifications and a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
- Excellent piano playing skills and ability to teach students of all levels
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using video conferencing tools and technologies
- Ability to work flexible hours, including morning or night shifts to accommodate international students
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns
