- Make outbound/inbound calls to promote insurance products (LifeInsurance )
- Explain policy features, benefits, and premiums to customers
- Generate leads and close sales over the phone
- Maintain customer records and follow up for renewals
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and provide basic policy support
