Required - Pharmaceutical Sr Sales & Manager Location: South Guj - Surat, Navsari, Vapi Industry- Pharma ( surgical product - Medical Device) industry Must have experience in the sales Department in the Pharma industry Key Responsibilities Implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence. Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals, physicians, and decision-makers. Conduct product presentations, seminars, and educational programs for healthcare providers. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on market needs and product enhancements. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and territory analysis on a regular basis. Requirements Bachelor\'s degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field. Proven track record of successful pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in a senior role. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, therapeutic areas, and industry regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently, manage a territory, and drive sales initiatives effectively.
