Job Description
A Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Mathematics and Science is responsible for teaching students at the secondary or higher secondary level (typically grades 9 to 12) in the subjects of Mathematics and Science. This role involves delivering effective lessons, promoting student engagement, assessing student performance, and contributing to the overall academic development of students. Qualifications and Requirements:
- A postgraduate degree (Master\'s) in Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
- Teaching certification or qualification, such as B.Ed. (Bachelor of Education) or M.Ed. (Master of Education), is often preferred.
- Strong subject knowledge and expertise in Mathematics and Science.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Classroom management abilities and the ability to engage students effectively.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methods, including technology integration.
- Patience, adaptability, and a passion for education.
- Previous teaching experience is a plus.
